Situated in a listed building in the Old Town of Edinburgh, this is an atmospheric but comfortable place to stay. The apartment covers the entire third (top) floor, with large windows to the front overlooking the Grassmarket pedestrian and market stall area, and views from the rear up to Edinburgh Castle. The apartment has some lovely features, including some natural stripped-stone walls dating back to the late 1800s mixed with modern kitchen and bathroom fittings.

• We are delighted to offer this luxury self-catering holiday apartment situated in Edinburgh's famous Grassmarket, close to The Royal Mile, St Giles Cathedral and Edinburgh Castle. It offers ideal holiday accommodation for a short break in the very heart of Edinburgh.
• The sitting room has comfortable, built-in window seats, where guests can sit and watch the ever changing bustle of the Grassmarket below. The sitting room features an interesting turret where glimpses of an alternative view can be seen. A gas-flame stove in the sitting room keeps it extra cosy and warm in the winter months.
• The dining / kitchen area is open-plan. The fully fitted and well equipped kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron and microwave. There is a large dining table that can seat up to five guests.
